The Luxe Moment is built and run by Jillissa Matthews — a stylist who ties every garland, sets every arch, and stands behind every setup she signs her name to.
What started as one-off installs for friends and family has grown into a studio built on wholesale-grade materials, color theory, and a refusal to send out anything that looks off-the-shelf.
